Starting the season with the title

In the final of Open de Caen Aliaksandra met well-known opponent for her – Caroline Garcia (46 WTA). All 5,000 spectators expected a great battle between this two and they really got what they want as the match was full of drama. Sasha was losing 3-6, 3-5 and was one game away from finish the match with no title. But she didn’t give up, was able to bring the second set to a tie-break and force the match into the deciding set where Aliaksandra didn’t give any opportunities to Garcia. Match lasted for 2 hours and 17 minutes and finished with the score 3-6, 7-6 (10-8), 6-0. Game, set, match and title Aliaksandra Sasnovich!
