WINNING START AT US OPEN

In the openning match in New York Aliaksandra faced Jennifer Brady (65 WTA). It was excepcted to be a difficult match. Sasha started it in a confident way with 2 break and 4-0 lead. Then Aliaksandra served for the set and got it in 24 minutes with the score 6-1 having done 6 winners and 4 unforced errors compared to opponent’s 1 winner and 13 unforced errors.

Aliaksandra was close to the win in the second set with the score 4-2, but Brady managed to come back into the match and take second set in 49 minutes with the score 4-6. In that set Sasha has done 6 winners and 13 UR, while Brady had 11 winners and 16 UR.

In the final set Sasha showed great game and didn’t give any chances to her opponent. She won the set and the match in 1 hour 43 minutes with final score 6-1, 4-6, 6-0.
